Functional sweetener   
Functional sweetener:Edulcorant is kind of flavoring agent providing sweet taste to foods, while functional edulcorant is a food edulcorant with special physiological function or particular usage. It also means that, it can replace sugar to provide sweet taste in functional foods. It contains two meanings: one is the fundamental one, and it has no adverse effects of health, but can solve the problems induced by intake of sugar. Second, it has adjusting or promoting effects on human health. The edulcorants can be divided into functional glycose, functional oligosaccharide, multielement sugar alcohol and strong edulcorant.
Sucralose

Molecular Formula:C12H19O8Cl3

CAS: 56038―13―2

Properties: White to almost white crystalline powder, almost odorless, non―hygroscopic, Sweet. it is about 600 times as sweet as sucrose.Sweet sense of rendering speed, maximum intensity of the feelings of sweet, sweet aftertaste duration and so on, are very close to the Sucrose. Insensitive to light, heat, pH. Easily soluble in water, ethanol and methanol.

Usage: Non―nutritional sweeteners.

Storage: stored in dry clean dark environment, and not be mixed with toxic substances to avoid contamination.
