Usage:
    Tea polyphenols is a general term of
polyphenols in tea, including flavanols, Anthocyanins, flavones, flavonols, and phenolic acids and so on. Among them, flavanols substances (catechin) is most important. Also known as tea polyphenols or tea tannin tanning, is the formation of tea aroma,and is one of the main ingredients for health functions. Tea polyphenols with detoxification and anti-radiation effect, can effectively prevent radioactive material invading his bones, and was known as "nemesis of radiation" in healthy and medical circle. Tea polyphenols build a line of defense against radiation injury for human health and construct. In addition, tea polyphenols can also clear the body of excess free radicals, prevent lipid peroxidation, improve immunity, anti-aging, and so on.
1. Antioxidation
  Tea polyphenols have strong antioxidant. The antioxidant capacity is 4-6 times than synthetic antioxidant BHT, BHA, 6-7 times than VE, 5-10 times than VC, and the amount is less (0.01-0.03% effective) without the potential toxicity of compounds. Meanwhile Tea hormone has a protective effect on food pigments and vitamins, and maintain the original color of food and nutrition level for the long period. 2. Elimination of harmful free radicals
  Tea polyphenols have a strong function of removing harmful free radicals and preventing lipid peroxidation; inducing activity of the metabolism enzyme and promote carcinogen detoxification; inhibiting and blocking nitrosation in the human body source for preventing cancer and genetic mutations. Inhibit carcinogen and cellular DNA from covalent binding, and prevent the DNA single-strand breaks; meanwhile improve the body's cellular immune function.
3. Improve the body's comprehensive immunity
  The effectiveness of tea polyphenols increases total amount of immune globulin and keep quantity maintain at a high level, stimulating antibody activity changes, thus enhancing people's overall immunity.
