Chemical properties is active. Slightly soluble in water(0.04g/mL, 25℃), soluble in dilute inorganic acid and alkaline solution, slightly soluble in ether and ethanol.
Usage: nutritional supplements, arised aminocarbonyl reaction and produced special flavoring agent when heated with sugar.
