Properties: white or off white liquidity crystalline powder. Odorless. Melting and decomposition at 280-281℃. Stable under moisture of 60%, and produced dehydrate beyond 60%. Being colored with VC and Vk3 coexist. Easily decomposited when heated in alkaline condition and with reducing sugar coexisted. Soluble in water(40g/100mL, 30℃), aqueous solution is neutral or subacidity, Racemizated with phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, ion-exchange resins heated. Essential amino acid.
Usage: nutritional supplements. Seasoning flavor enhancer
