Properties: white and odorless crystalline powder. Special sweet, 70% sweetness of sucrose. Chemical properties is stable. Soluble in water (17%, 25℃), slightly soluble in ethanol (0.2% in 80% cold alcohol), insoluble in ether. The pH value of 5% aqueous solution is 5.5-7.0.
Usage: nutritional supplement, seasoning flavor enhancer.
Application: improve the sense of sweet, sweet feeling mellow degrees and the sense of acid, be widely used in seasoning.
