Insoluble in water, but soluble in ethanol, gasoline, ethyl ester and vegetable oil. Heat-stable, and no decomposition when heated to 200℃. Stable to oxygen in air, but slowly being oxidized. Synthetics antioxidant is weaker than natural products. The color gradually becomes dark exposed to light. Usage: nutrition supplement and anti-oxidants, and widely used in food.
