Properties: light yellow or yellowish viscous liquid, tasteless, relative density is 0.947– 0.955. Insoluble in water, but soluble in ethanol, gasoline, ethyl ester and vegetable oil. Heat-stable, and no decomposition when heated to 200℃. Stable to oxygen in air, but slowly being oxidized. Synthetics antioxidant is weaker than natural products. The color gradually becomes dark exposed to light.
Usage: nutrition supplement and anti-oxidants, and widely used in food. One of fat-soluble vitamins, having the function of nutrition and antioxidation.
Application: used as nutritional supplement in the health food, as well as antioxidant in the fat-containing food.
Quality Standard: TS/NHU 202102 was consistent with the CP2005
