Slight hygroscopicity. Melting point 170–172℃, decomposition temperature of 195–196 ℃. more stable when exposed to air and sunlight. Unstable to acid and alkali, and the most stable when pH is 5.0–7.0. Easily soluble in water, soluble in glycerin, almost insoluble in alcohol, chloroform and ether. Usage: nutritional supplement Application: used for nutritional food fortified. Dosage shall be below 1% (terms of calcium) in addition to special nutritional food. Enhanced milk requirement is 10mg/100g.
